We have been awarded a kitchen & bathroom replacement contract for the City of Edinburgh Council and are recruiting experienced plumbers that have experience in social housing improvements. The contract is for a duration of 4 years and offers stable long-term employment.

The candidates must have experience and knowledge of kitchen & bathroom replacements to occupied properties.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake 4 properties per week which will be scheduled Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs.

The description of works that are required to be undertaken are as follows:

· Isolate, strip out kitchen sink and bathroom suite, labourer in attendance to assist and remove from site

· 1st fix kitchen and bathroom

· 2nd fix bathroom [Bath, WC and WHB]

· Gas check and CP12

· Kitchen sink and shower unit installed by apprentice

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £200.00 per day

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Refurbishment: 5 years (required)
• Kitchen & Bathroom: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Refurbishment (preferred)
