Pot Washer/Kitchen Assistant

Tipples Catering Hire is a family run business based in Hanwood, Shrewsbury. We provide professional, high standard catering equipment hire for Weddings and events in Shropshire and the surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking pot wash member of staff to join our team on a permanent basis for a full time role.

This role would involve the ideal candidate to possess the following qualities -

• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Good attention to detail
• You must have a positive attitude and be a hard worker, be friendly and willing to work as part of a team
• The ability to work to time restraints and working well under pressure as times
• This can be a physically active role, Lifting will be required

The responsibilities would include, however are not limited to:

• Washing and polishing of all hire items to Tipples standards, this includes cutlery, crockery and glassware
• Counting back in, washing, and polishing of all catering hire orders accurately and efficiently
• Up keep of the weekly cleaning rota
• Keeping the store rooms organised
• Ensuring that the high standards are maintained at all times

40 Hours per week

You will be required to work extra hours during the busy summer season with time off in lieu during the winter. Overtime is also available during the summer season on a voluntary basis.

Previous experience would be a bonus but not essential as training will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
