The opportunity

This is an opportunity to join the growing Power Platform team. Power Platform is a key driver for business transformation in EY Technology. As the platform grows the Technical Lead is required to guide the technical development of the platform. The Power Platform Technical Lead (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) is a highly skilled senior role with industry leading technical expertise to support one or more Product Managers. They have a deep end to end understanding of all technical aspects of the service and serve as the key integration point with other products/services.

Your key responsibilities

Key responsibilities will be to drive the secure management and growth of Power Platform across EY including:

• 
  Lead Power Platform technical architecture of all apps and services
• Lead Power Platform technical architecture of reporting solutions
• Builds a trusted advisor relationship with all stakeholders
• Closely aligns with the Microsoft 365 Services Product Managers
• Represents EY Technology on Microsoft Power Products projects within EY to ensure the technology is understood and made available to.
• Champion of Office 365 Power Products across EY
• Technically proficient in the understanding and administration of Microsoft Power Platform products
• Consult with EY groups to provide technical expertise to guide and advise
• Manage the technical roadmap items as Microsoft delivers them, engage Microsoft Product teams to advocate for features that benefit EY Technology.
• Develop technical artifacts to drive adoption
• Engage with product leadership and business stakeholders to ensure the product is understood and EY are doing everything to be leading the platform adoption

Skills and attributes for success

• 
  Expert knowledge of the Microsoft 365 eco system with a strong focus on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Confident discussing complex technical topics to non-technical audience
• Ability to understand functional and non-functional requirements and ensure the solutions address them
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• History of working credibly with senior stakeholders in an Enterprise setting.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 
  Degree educated
• Development experience on Power Platform
• Experience working delivering solutions across a large organisation

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 
  Communications experience
• Relevant professional certifications
• Experience with the Power Platform CoE toolkit
