PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This position will provide support to the wider PR & Influencer team, assisting the team in daily tasks and projects to further develop and execute influencer marketing plans for all four Kendo brands in the UK & Ireland.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery of weekly and monthly PR & Influencer reports, across all Kendo brands.
• Daily monitoring and management of influencer social media coverage in Traackr (influencer marketing platform).
• Contribute to the management of budgets, by raising POs and handling new supplier set up requests.
• Support delivery of virtual & physical press/influencer events.
• Respond to requests from key journalists and influencers.
• Work with agency partners and the internal Kendo team to grow brand awareness amongst targeted audiences.
• Consistently and proactively identify new influencer partners for your brands – including full management of the Fenty monthly onboarding initiative for new influencer targets.
• Complete consistent stock orders for all brands.
• Support in the execution of urgent product send outs.
• A strong understanding and interest in both established and upcoming social media platforms – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.
• Adhoc duties as advised by management.

PROFILE

• Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or similar
• Previous internship/work experience in Influencer Marketing or luxury retail would be a distinct advantage but not essential
• Inherent interest in beauty industry
• Inherent interest in influencers and social media channels e.g. TikTok
• Fluent in English
