An excisting opportunity for Paramedics to work in Multidisciplinary team of GPs and other AHPs in Primary care to triage, diagnose and manage patients with acute as well as long-term conditions. Ideal for someone looking to have a more stable shift patters (within standard weekday working hours), exposure to variety of clinical work and provide continuity to followup with patients to support them throughout the care journey.
