Company profile for the Prime BTR Property Manager:

You’ll be joining an established team, delivering multi-disciplinary services to a High-end private central London Estate.

The successful candidate will be joining an established team, delivering multi-disciplinary services to The Crown Estate across the Central London Portfolio, focusing on Residential Property Management.

Duties for the Prime BTR Property Manager:
· Management of AST, contractual, regulated and handbook tenancies

Welcoming tenants face to face at the start of the tenancy and building strong and long standing relationships
Management of reactive and proactive maintenance within the tenant’s demise, ensuring timely delivery whilst having as cost effective approach
Working alongside the credit control team to ensure rent is paid on time and arrears are chased according to internal processes, escalating to solicitors where required
End of tenancy management, including servicing eviction notices and deposit negotiations/release
Complete weekly void inspections and 6 monthly tenancy inspections
Leading small project works where required to maximize yield or working with the client on larger scale projects
Working closely with the block management team to inform market let tenants of communal works
Working closely with the facilities management team on compliance works and maintaining communal plant which may serve the apartments

Character and skills profile of the Prime BTR Property Manager:
· Residential property management experience

Excellent communicator and client relationship skills
Strong commercial awareness
ARLA qualification is advantageous
Experience with PMS software is beneficial

Package for the Prime BTR Property Manager:

£35,000 – £40,000 plus lots of benefits
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) and WFH 2 days per week
