To develop a One Safran approach to alignment of processes across the site, developing new training methodologies to support new and existing Engineers. Support the business on new opportunities and technological advances

Exigences du poste

• Manufacturing Engineering experience from leading edge environments.
• Good understanding of Composites & Assemblies manufacturing processes & techniques with a broad knowledge of metallic and composite materials.
• Communication skills with a strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external customers both in the UK and France.
• Self driven, resourceful, independent whilst still working in a team environment, be target driven and be able to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Good general aircraft knowledge and experience of civil A/C nacelle structures.
• Knowledge of R&T work & Production experience.
• Engineering Degree/Msc or equivalent experience.
• Good experience of using / implementing Lean & Quality tools.
• Good communication skills at all levels with the confidence/ability to challenge the status quo.
• Innovative and creative in approach.
• Motivated by doing a good job - takes a lessons learnt approach.
