WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our growing UX and Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into tangible products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and integrate insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, design trends, and emerging technologies to inform product design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and developers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar tools (we are a Figma Shop).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile development methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
