Product Experts are the face of our business - we rely on them to meet and greet our customers, and be a true expert when it comes to the prestige vehicles we sell and service. Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of all brand products and associated technology
• Create a real buzz and energy around the car’s features for the dealership team and customers alike
• Help evolve the knowledge of colleagues within the dealership
• Assist and energise the sales experience from initial enquiry to your customer picking up their car, and once they own it

Skills Required:

• Passionate about the brand
• Able to absorb product information quickly and advise customers, without bias, on the best products that suit their individual needs
• Have proven excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent communication skills
