About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Private Equity team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

This is a 12month internship beginning August 2023.

Your Role:

A Product Intern in Product Management will operate independently under the leadership and mentorship of a more senior product analyst or manager. The primary objectives for this 1-year internship are to:

• create internal communications on ‘Technology Components’ - a driver of Product Strategy
• support the team with product maturity self-assessment efforts
• create a presentation on product’s various ‘measures of success’

Other Product responsibilities may include:

Product Development

• develop and share industry knowledge: market, competitor, technology
• gain an awareness of current state and future needs of top clients
• contribute to product development ideas

Strategic Planning

• help to identify potential strategic changes to standard operating models
• contribute to the development of 1 and 3 Year roadmaps and annual budget plans

Product Execution

• with the Technology and Business teams, support product strategy implementation
• create and maintain quality project lifecycle deliverables: e.g., requirements, training materials
• share product development status and adoption with Management

Strategy Alignment

• develop an awareness of other Product team approaches
• measure and, with the Business, identify opportunities for strategic solution adoption

Product Marketing

• contribute to product marketing activities: positioning, messaging, and enabling

About You:

• Recently completed or currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following (Business, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) or equivalent and/or equivalent experience
• Ability to learn a wide variety of new concepts quickly and investigate issues/problems independently
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• You have strong time-management abilities with a proven ability to work as part of a successful team
