We are on an exciting journey at VWFS UK so join us in the role of Product Manager, part of our evolving Product and Strategy Development team.

The Product and Strategy Development team are on a mission to deliver market leading products that support our customers mobility needs. We are looking to recruit two Product Manager‘s were you will be responsible for developing our portfolio of purchase and leasing products across the full product lifecycle.

This is a collaborative role, working with stakeholders from across the business you will have an opportunity to make a real impact. You will be passionate about representing the voice of our customers and focused on continually improving their end to end experience.

About the roles

As Product Manager within Volkswagen Financial Services you will play a key role in developing products in collaboration with the Volkswagen Group Brands and on occasion with our Headquarter colleagues. As part of the team you will contribute towards definining the direction of the VWFS product portfolio.

The role suits someone with experience in product management that has a real talent for blending customer and commercial understanding. You will bring experience of supporting the launch of new products and services to market and be able to demonstrate how you have developed or influenced product roadmaps based on data and insight.

You don’t need to be highly technical, but having a grasp of technical concepts and ways of working will be benefical as you evolve this role. You will be influential, highly driven and impact focussed, open to learning, new experiences, have excellent communication and soft skills with a drive to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

This is what you will be doing:

• You will own the products in your domain throughout their lifecycle, defining the roadmap and prioritising the development backlog
• You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Strategy and Development supporting the translation of enterprise commercial objectives to local product strategy
• You will operate cross-functionally to drive performance of the product in-life to maximise both customer and commercial value
• You’ll drive action across VWFSUK, working with your peers to deliver your vision to market
• You will engage with, provide insight to, and support senior stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in to the products in your domain
• You’ll manage all aspects of the in-life product life-cycle, including customer feedback and issues
