Product Manager - Digital Government Solutions - 12 month contract - Edinburgh / Glasgow Hybrid working
I have a number of long term contract opportunities for experienced Product Managers to join a busy Digital Government team.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of their new digital products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy

Conduct user research and feedback analysis to inform product development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver product roadmaps

Prioritise product features and work with cross functional teams to deliver them

Define and analyse product metrics to measure success and inform future development

Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:

Previous experience in product management within a digital government context or strong digital government background with a desire to move in product focused roles

Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and Agile development methodologies

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources

Familiarity with Scottish government policies and regulations related to digital products and services would be a distinct advantage
