Our client is currently looking to recruit a Product Owner – Web and CRM on an initial 6 month contract, working remotely.
Product Owner – Web and CRM
£500 per day

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Product Owner working with digital products and platforms. You will work in partnership with the Delivery Managers for multi-disciplinary Agile delivery teams to deliver new products or iterations to existing products and will work with the Service Managers to understand product vision and business value.
Key duties include –
- Interpret user research/testing, quantitative & qualitative data to make informed product decisions, distinguishing between user needs and wants, and recognising that users may not always be able to articulate their needs.
- Bring together views & input from a wide range of contributors e.g. senior stakeholders, front line staff, developers & analysts in order to create prioritised product features and define product roadmaps
- Ensure continual user testing and customer analytics/feedback during development and after launch, using this information to iterate the product
- Prioritising the backlog and refining user stories to ensure the team focus on the highest value items and can deliver continually
- Assuring the quality of the product, through accepting the team’s work only when it meets the required quality standard (‘Definition of Done’).
- Review and iterate services based on customer and staff feedback and analysis
