Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

This award winning retailer is looking for a Production Assistant to join their Marketing team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Brand and Creative Director and working closely with key managers within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering project briefs into the creative departments. Supporting the end to end process, from understanding the marketing calendar, to creative briefs and excellent multi channel execution. This role will be the ‘gatekeeper’ for the creative team, ensuring operational efficiency and effective output of all projects.

Responsibilities:

· Work in close collaboration with the Marketing and Planning Manager to ensure that all content requirements are understood and briefed in a timely manner

· Ensure all briefs are accurate and complete with all information supplied, so that creative departments can work effectively to complete task

· Ensure all briefs are aligned to seasonal campaigns and that all output created is multi channel

· To fully understand the promotional calendar including new product intake and to ensure work flow of projects continues to flow smoothly

· Ensure all product samples require for briefs are available when required and are of the finished production quality

· Manage expectations for requested content taking into account the capacity of work out put for photography and designers

· Ensure timely delivery of all completed campaigns managing deadlines for all departments involved

· Manage and diarize sign off procedures managing stakeholders effectively

The successful candidate will be:

· Highly organised

· A great communicator and a team player

· Will have an eye for detail and is able to prioritise and balance immediate tasks with long term projects

· Has experience in managing creative process and project planning

· Able to ensure creative teams have clear objectives

Salary: £26,000.00 per year
