Production Associate

About All Things Rural: Established in 2004, All Things Rural has grown into a vibrant, service-oriented business in the agricultural and equestrian sectors. With our roots firmly planted in wholesale, we have expanded to include specialised seed mixing operations. We operate from our 170-acre farm at Red Hill, Alcester, where we grow several wildflower and wild grass species that we supply. Our continuous investment in our facilities and technology allows us to consistently evolve, increase our capacity and efficiency.

What we are looking for: We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Production Operative to join our youthful and committed team. This role primarily involves the manufacture and packaging of wildflower seed bombs.

Hours: (37.5 - 45 Hours Per week): Flexible based on production schedule. Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm).

Responsibilities:

• Consistent production of wildflower seed bombs to meet demand and quality standards.
• Packaging of products for shipping and sale.
• Maintaining clean and tidy workspaces to uphold our health and safety standards.
• Supporting warehouse activities, such as seed mixing and general warehouse duties during quieter production periods.
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Capability of performing repetitive work with a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina, as this role may involve lifting and moving of supplies.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Good communication skills.

Salary: £25,740 - £26,532* / year (£11 / hour)

Location: Situated at All Things Rural, Red Hill, Alcester. Own transport is essential to get here.
