A UK leading multi-award-winning building services contractor are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to expand their Production team at their fabulous new Head Office in Banbridge, NI.

Role:

Job Title: Production Coordinator

Location: Head Office, Banbridge, NI.

Hours: Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 3pm

Salary: Negotiable Depending Experience

Responsible to: Production Manager

Closing Date: Friday 26th May 2023 at 5pm

Core Responsibilities of role:

• Responsible for creating ‘Material Take-Offs’ and being accountable for meeting agreed deadlines.

• Adhering to the take-off procedure and being accountable for assigned contracts from take-off to order, overseeing this process.

• Ensure updates on progress are submitted for the weekly report to the production manager.

• Liaising with design and technical submittals to ensure specifications are in line with BOM’s.

Essential Criteria:

• The ideal candidate should have previous experience reviewing manufacturing drawings.

• Experience using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.

• Ability to meet deadlines and be proactive in their work ethic.

• Work as part of a team and independently

• Willingness to learn new products, systems and procedures related to the industry.

• Able to interpret technical information.

Desired Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential, training and guidance will be provided to the ideal candidate to enable success.

• Mechanical/electrical background is desirable but not essential, training and mentoring will be provided to the ideal candidate.
