Production Engineer - Automotive

Your new role:

As a Production Engineer, you will be one of our consultants performing on one of our major engineering projects in the UK. You will also be contributing to our development and growth within the Automotive industry.

As a Production Engineer your main responsibilities will be:

• To write CNC programs.
• To ensure a smooth day to day running of the small batch-based manufacturing operation which includes one off prototype work.
• Liaison with Designers, buyers, internal and external customers.
• Scheduling and pricing of work.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience programming Hypermill CAD/CAM.
• Knowledge in pricing.
• Previous experience in small batch-based manufacturing operation.

Qualifications required:

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with demonstrable experience.
