Coco Chocolatier is an artisan chocolate business dedicated to crafting innovative chocolate inspired by art and design. We are currently seeking a full-time Production Line Supervisor to join our production and packaging team. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Overview

The Production Line Supervisor will be a part of a small team responsible for delivering chocolate production within our factory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for line personnel and line efficiency
• Deliver production targets.
• Implement good GMP
• Responsible for H&S on their line
• Complete documentation for quality and tractability

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and resourceful
• Ability to read and write in English
• Can take direction and learn quickly.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to lift 23kg
