Now, we look to welcome a new Production Manager to lead the Manhattan 68 team at the world renowned Sunseeker Shipyards in Poole, Dorset.
As a natural leader, your motivational presence and influential communication will unlock the true potential of your team. As their Production Manager, you will lead your team to achieve key performance indicators in safety, quality, hours, defects, warranty claims, and budgets, among others. You'll need to find a healthy balance between approachability and assertiveness, making decisions in line with production schedules to increase pace, quality, and reduce waste, in a mission to support the business in our long term objectives.
We are seeking an individual who possesses a strong knowledge of all elements of boatbuilding, ideally with a skillset and experiences to support this. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a successful leader, influencing positive change and delivering strategic performance against flexible requirements. Your application will be strengthened by additional experience in HR or Finance projects, SAP and working to KPIs.
