Crescent Manufacturing are looking for Production Assistants to join our team making medicines for the UK Pharmaceutical market based at our site in Park Royal. Start date would be immediate and the role will be permanent.

We are interested in hiring candidates seeking a career and growing in the pharmaceutical industry. We will be providing extensive training to support you along your journey with us.

The role is primarily to carry out production/packaging of finished products and cleaning of the production area. All work is to be carried out in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and the company’s SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Staff will be working in a production line team, so teamwork and the ability communicate effectively with others on site is of importance with paying attention to details. Duty and responsibilities include (depending on job role assigned):

• Read all the SOPs which are applicable to their particular role, as instructed by their production manager/ production supervisor
• Assemble Raw and packaging materials
• Dispense materials for production, some heavy lifting involved up to 25Kg
• Manufacture bulk product according to process using mixers and process vessel
• Set up and run all machinery and equipment in for manufacturing and packing ,e.g. automated filling, labelling, cartoning and shrink wrap machines
• Cleaning of machinery and equipment after completion.
• Complete documentation applicable to their duties.

Should have experience in production industry (pharmaceutical and food industry preferred).
