Supplying a variety of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas and Automotive, this manufacturing giant employ over 20,000 people globally turn over €5B per year. Because of continued demand of their services and products, they are looking to increase headcount at their Bradford facility by recruiting a Production Operative on a permanent basis.

This employer is based in BRADFORD and the successful Production Operative will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Shipley, Brighouse and Elland.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

• Loading, unloading and de-reeling metal coils in preparation for manufacturing
• Providing support to various manufacturing lines
• Regular use of Counterbalance forklift

Working Hours of the Production Operative:
Day shifts spread across 40 per week with flexibility offered around start & finish times

For the Production Operative role, we are keen to receive CVs from individuals who possess:

• Experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment
• Be physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding role
• A valid & in date counterbalance forklift license

In return, the Production Operative will receive:

• Renumeration: £23,485.90 per annum / £11.29 per hour
• Bonus Scheme: Up to £3,000.00 per annum – paid bi-yearly and based on output & quality (on average employees earn between £1,500.00 – £2,000.00 per annum)
• Holiday Entitlement: 34 days per annum
• Pension Scheme: 7% – Eligible after successful 3-month probation period
• Permanent employment within a globally operating manufacturing business
