Production Operative - Permanent

Red Rock Partnership are happy to be hiring for our esteemed client based in South Elmsall (WF9), this is direct employment for the company.

We are seeking Production Operatives to work the below shifts,

Rotating Morning & Mid shifts, with early finishes on a Friday.

The Rotating shift is: Monday to Thursday 06.00am to 14.00pm & Friday 6am to 11.30am. then you rotate to a afternoon shift which is. Monday to Thursday 13.55pm to 21.55pm & Friday 11.25am to 16.55pm.

The pay rate is as follows: - £10.55 per hour, overtime paid at £15.82 over 37.5hours.

The role involves:

• Working on a production line sticking labels on boxes, packing stock in to various packaging, and stacking boxes on pallets on the end of the production line.
• Fast paced role as you will be compiling the boxes and products
• Ensure the machines are set up correctly so that the product is produced and packaged correctly.
• Ensure the machine is set up correctly according to the product.
• As this is food production site, you will need to adhere to strict hygiene policies.
• Previous experience within the food industry, a Production Role or Machine Operator experience is a great advantage.
• Full Training will be provided to become a Machine Operator.

Requirements:

• Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
• Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and do good H&S practices Accurate and pays attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous, though full training is provided
