Production operator
Quotient is recruiting for a Production Operator to join our Buffer and Reagent team within our Manufacturing Department. The purpose of this role is to support the manufacture of high-quality diagnostic products in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This role is based at our site near Penicuik (EH26 0BF). The role is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing product to meet specifications and agreed schedules.
• Manufacturing Buffer & Reagent products and solutions that adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and TROPOS requirements.
• Filtration and filling of product in clean room environments.
• Accurate filling, labelling and packing of products.
• Performing regular mathematical calculations.
• Maintaining accurate stock control.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Strong Numeracy Skills
• Basic IT Skills
• Strong inter and intradepartmental communication skills with active participation in meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent spoken and written English
