Production Operative Opportunities Available.

We are looking for individuals who would be interested in working a 4 shift pattern as a Production Operative here at Heathcoat Fabrics. A 4 Shift pattern is as follows:

4 Shift, 14 shifts over 28 days (Days and Nights)

Please note, a 4 Shift pattern will require both days and night shifts. 6am to 6pm, then 6pm to 6am. Each shift involves a 12 hour shift.

Our Operators are responsible for running our impressive machinery; varying from powering manual handling equipment to using a keen eye for detail for quality inspection. Full training is provided for all of our Operative roles to help you grow and develop your expertise. We are fully committed in ensuring our people have the skills and confidence to excel in their field and provide opportunities for progression at all levels.

What we would like you to demonstrate in your application:

• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential).
• An understanding of Health and Safety principles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of using a PC for entering data.
• Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative at times.
• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative.
