The role’s key responsibilities are attendance monitoring, student assessment adjustments, mitigating circumstances. and support to the industry placements scheme undergraduate students embark on. The role thus has a bias towards pastoral care and via the latter item, involves liaising with household names such as Adidas, Amazon and Apple amongst other placement providers. A regard for wellbeing and care is essential and some experience of liaising with partner organisations and/or industry, though not essential, would be advantageous.
In the 2022 National Student Survey (NSS), Design Engineering had the highest overall student satisfaction across the College, an incredible shared achievement! This role epitomizes our passion for excellence in all we do, in acting with compassion and care to deliver superlative student experiences. If you are seeking to take your talent to the next step in an already successful department looking to build on its excellence, this could be the role for you!
