The Role

We are scaling up our Content & Delivery function to enable us to allow every young person to choose their own career and support them on their pathway. This means we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Project Coordinator within this creative and dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution and delivery of our relevant content products. You will manage the project timelines, support on resource planning, lead on client communication and drive content quality. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of the project delivery process for different content products across multiple markets.

• Ensuring every project setup meets the specifications agreed with the Director of Content, Head of Experiences & Product Content Leads, with regular status reporting and capacity plan updates

• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and all SLA and partner agreements are met.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively working with the team to develop solutions.

• Working closely with the Account Management function to coordinate and lead the communication with our partners throughout the project delivery process.

• Supporting with post-project evaluation and analysis, identifying areas for improvement, supporting with renewal and upsell opportunities, as well as implementing feedback for future projects.

• Where necessary, working closely with the Springpod Studios team to define, plan and meet delivery goals and organise production & filming logistics for all video content.

Personal Specification

Essential experience & skills

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within a content-focused environment.
• Problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking abilities to identify and address project challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration and convey project requirements clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Good proficiency in project management tools and software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

• Knowledge of the early careers space
• Previous experience of working with our target student audience.
• Experience at multiple levels of the content production process (e.g content planning and writing, editing)
• Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies and tools is an added bonus
• Familiarity with content development processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging content creation and delivery technologies is a plus.

Salary range: £27k - £30k
Location: Hybrid Remote with base in either London or Liverpool offices.
