Experienced Project Manager for New Build Housing Development
Location: Solomon Passage - Peckham
New build of 84 Flats
Start date : TBC
Day Rate £350-£450 dependant on experience.
Hours - 8am to 5pm
Contract Term - 18Months
Interviews - W/C 22nd May
Requirement
- Experienced with Microsoft office and familiar with document controlling/Drawing software such as procure.
- Proven experience of managing new build projects
- Confident with producing programs and delegating
- Overseeing Procurement and Logistics
- Managing and monitoring sucontractors, subconsultants, other specialist subcontractors
- Up-to date with current building regulations
- Health and Safety record keeping
- SMSTS card required
- Time-management and program co-ordination are a must to ensure smooth-running of site program.
