Property Paralegal - Abingdon - Oxfordshire

A Solicitors practice in Abingdon are looking to recruit an experienced assistant to their property team.

The role will entail working as part of a team dealing with a range of residential property transactions.

Duties may include things such as:-

• Opening new files.
• Providing quotes for prospective clients.
• Ordering searches, requesting redemption figures.
• Preparing draft contract packs.
• Filing, photocopying, cheque requests and other admin type tasks.
• Producing letters and documents as required.
• Providing clients with updates.
• Liaising with mortgage companies and Management companies.
• SDLT submissions.
