The difference you’ll make.

• Managing a suite of 1:1 customer engagement campaigns
• Reviewing campaign performance to suggest ways they can be optimised
• Collaborating with your stakeholders and the Squad through discovery work to turn ideas into refined user stories for the squad backlog

What you’ll bring.

• Demonstrate real customer empathy, through an obsession to understand our customer's needs, motivations and how best to engage them
• Great stakeholder management, able to build productive relationships with stakeholders that are based upon honest and open collaboration

It would also be nice for you to have.

• Experience and knowledge across customer segments, products and marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills such as ability to write great marketing and analysis briefs
• Experience of working in cross-functional squads/projects
• This role is within our Business Banking Squad, so any knowledge and experience working within this segment would be valuable
