Our lovely pub is located on the outskirts of Thornbury, on the main A38. We are open 5 days a week serving great quality food in a relaxed family country pub environment and have had a full refurbishment in the last lockdown. It is a really exciting time for us, having opened in May 2018 - and we are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Pizza Chef who will run our bespoke pizza oven on a permanent basis, whilst supporting our main kitchen. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in making pizzas from scratch and prepping all elements including authentic Neopolitan dough. The pizza kitchen is an open plan within the pub and can be seen by customers, so being presentable as well as the ability to chat with people is key for this role. The role will require assisting the main kitchen during certain periods.

This position can have onsite accommodation included and will be discussed further upon interview.

Salary: £600.00-£650.00 per week
