Race Crew

We are recruiting Race Crew and Team members at Teamworks Birmingham West.

The main duties of our Race Crew include:

• Signing-in customers and assisting with race briefings.
• Setting up the karts and track before each event.
• Assisting drivers that have spun or are stuck against the barriers.
• Keeping the facilities clean and tidy.
• Assisting the maintenance team with track and building maintenance.
• Being professional at all times, with good customer service skills.

As part of a small team, good communication skills and being able to work with others is vital. Most work will be evenings and weekends as this is our busiest time. Previous work experience in Karting or Leisure/Retail would be an advantage.
