You will need to possess exceptional communication skills as well as be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed. Ideal Candidate

• You will have a proven track record as a Reception Supervisor/Team Leader within a hotel environment.
• Can inspire and motivate a team.
• Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced user of Opera, Opera Sales and Catering, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• A positive and engaging demeanor with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
