Receptionist

Part Time Receptionist Required for Glasgow's Largest Menswear Store.

Hours Available: 8.30am to 1pm OR 1pm to 5.30pm (2 part-time receptionists required)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a receptionist role and will be confident in handling all incoming queries as well as dealing with visitors/customer enquiries in person. Working knowledge of computers would also be advantageous however not essential as training will be provided.

Duties Include:-

Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to Head Office and the store.

Process outgoing mail.

Administration duties

Candidate:-

Excellent customer service skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative

The role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
