An investment firm who are moving into amazing new offices during Q2 is looking for a Receptionist to join at this exciting time. You would be responsible for everything Front of House related and working closely with the Office Manager to assist with more admin-based tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a great Receptionist role in a brand-new environment in which you can evolve and make your own. You will thrive in a busy environment where providing that top first-class service is key! Typical duties include:

  • Meeting room booking and ensuring there are no clashes
  • Hosting VIP guests
  • Arranging catering which can sometimes be very last minute
  • Clearing down and resetting meeting rooms
  • Organising and distributing post
  • Keeping a record of all stationery and stock checks
  • Assisting with onsite events

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar Receptionist role and be extremely service orientated.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role
  • Previously have worked in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Service orientated
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver

This role will pay up to £38k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and other benefits.
