Reception duties:

Making appointments and checking patients in for appointments

Confirming Patients contact details on arrival

Receiving money and providing receipts

Dealing with emergency appointment requests

Patient reminder calls

End of day arrangements for money taken

Sending and receiving lab work
-
Receiving new patients
-
Private dental care at the practise
-
Child protection procedures
-
Patients right of access to their health records

Accident/Incident reporting
