OVERVIEW

• Sellafield Limited (SL) has identified the need for project and program management support to deliver 17 major construction projects associated with developing the infrastructure required for the reprocessing and making safe of nuclear waste material, over a 20 year period programme duration. The support SL requires is being procured through the selection of 4 Program and Project Partners (PPP) to form an integrated team, including KBR.
• Project Controls and Commercial Services (PCCS) is the mechanism in which Sellafield Ltd have engaged KBR Ltd to provide Commercial and Project Controls Services to the portfolio of enterprise projects, in addition to the original PPP programme. Those services include the provision of some 150+ Commercial and Project Controls Professionals across the Sellafield Ltd network of Projects.

RECRUITER

Due to expansion we are looking for an additional Recruiter. You'll be working as part of a busy team sourcing high calibre candidates for a variety of roles, primarily in Project Controls and Commercial.

Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources, you'll be screening candidates for immediate roles and building up a talent pipeline for future positions.

It is an exciting programme to work on and has generated a lot of interest from people.

Liaising with hiring managers to understand their requirements to enable you to fully brief prospective employees.

You'll be arranging interviews for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals and researching organisations.

You'll be working as part of a small close knit team that offer lots of support and a wealth of knowledge.

Previous experience in sourcing candidates is essential ideally within a project environment.
