Recruitment Consultant – Stockport, Greater Manchester

Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking for your next career move? Our growing business is looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our Principal Interior Design Consultant in Greater Manchester.

Established in 2004, Hunter Dunning is a successful specialist recruitment consultancy, working across all areas of the property sector. The business has plans for substantial growth in the coming years and is now looking to recruit a bright, motivated and hard-working individual with previous recruitment experience, to join our expanding interiors team.

The successful candidate will benefit from a hot desk with plenty of opportunity to expand it across the UK. We will consider applicants on a full-time or part-time basis (24 hours/week). There is also an opportunity to join as a Senior Consultant, dependent on the level and relevance of your previous experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Business development; Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
• Communicating with clients and candidates by phone and email
• Coordinating interviews, offers and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Organising and assisting meetings with candidates and clients
• Quarterly trips to our Head Office in West Sussex.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the design or construction industry
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
• The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
