Our multi-award-winning company is looking for a competitive, ambitious, and driven individual to come and join our fun and friendly office in Coventry.

There’s no need to have recruitment experience. All we ask is that you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same and that you rise to a challenge!

In return, Justteachers provide comprehensive training where you’ll learn about who we are, what we do, and how we do it!

You’ll also receive ongoing training and coaching from our in-house trainer and your team of colleagues will always be on hand to guide you. (It’s a team game we play here)

About the role:

This is a fast-paced and exciting role that offers a lot of variety. With people at the centre of everything that we do, you will be good at building and maintaining relationships. You will be responsible for attracting the best teachers and support staff to join our agency, always making sure that our candidates are suitable to work with children. You will be actively involved in the promotion and marketing of our candidates to our partner schools and matching teaching talent with their vacancies. Just like any recruitment or sales role, you will be determined, resilient, and driven to succeed.

The hours:

Monday to Friday

• Term time shifts - 7:30 am 4 pm or 8:30 am 5.00 pm
• School holiday - 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9 am to 1 pm at full pay

Deal breakers:

The role is office-based
