Recruitment Consultant & Researcher - Part-time

£25,000 to £65,000 in first year

Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, we are a small and efficient team, now looking to expand our legal offering and to explore new lucrative recruitment markets.

The Role

This exciting opportunity, provides you with a comprehensive and ground up training, which once completed, will render you an expert in both recruitment and research. Because we provide a full training programme, you do not need to have prior recruitment experience. What you do need to possess in abundance is the following –

Some of the duties and responsibilities, include;

• Detailed research on a variety of different companies and firms
• Researching and finding suitable candidates for our clients vacancies
• Selling our clients vacancies to selected candidates
• Selling our service to new clients, and developing additional business from existing clients
• Assisting with current marketing campaigns, and additionally creating your own marketing initiatives
• Creating new databases and maintaining existing ones’
