In a nutshell…

A Recruitment Coordinator role has now become available to shape and refine our clients recruitment processes. You will be supporting hiring managers and assisting with the preparation of job descriptions. You will work with marketing teams to modernise and improve their digital platforms to attract candidates and also liaise with recruitment agencies and direct candidates to organise interviews.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong recruitment background and have a key understanding of the hiring process, current market demands and competition in order to attract and hire top talent. Candidates with agency experience as well as “in house” will be considered.

What’s involved for the Recruitment Coordinator…

• Support hiring managers to fill job openings
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and direct candidates to arrange interviews
• Coach and guide managers around best recruitment practices
• Conduct telephone screenings
• Extend job offers to candidates
• Verify ID and employment checks
• Create a PSL and SLA’s to ensure excellent performance
• Compile reports for HR purposes
• Participate in recruitment fairs

What you’ll need…

• MUST have previous recruitment experience
• Have a strong understanding of recruitment practices
• In house experience is ideal but agency recruiters also considered
• Understanding of employment law and practices
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
