Position: Recruitment Officer

Salary: £24 000

Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday (one late finish per week)

Location: The Ground Floor Vanguard House Unit 4 Merchant's Quay Trafford Road Salford, The Quays, Manchester M50 3ST

FGH Security is looking for a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment Team in Manchester.

Main Duties

• Carry out the administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, organising interview and induction slots
• Deliver in person interviews
• Ensure that only high calibre candidates, that align with the company values are progressed to Screening
• Maintaining contact with candidates over phone and email throughout the recruitment process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
• Deliver induction sessions and carry out all the necessary administrative duties before a new team member joins the team
