We specialise within General Practice and unscheduled care, with a bank of highly experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Independent Prescribers, Community Nurses, Nursing Associates, HCA's, non-clinical staff, and Physiotherapists available for both locum and permanent work. Chase also has permanent GP's and Physician Associates available. We work nationwide and have staff all over the UK, filling well over 100,000 hours of cover, each year.

Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketer with Chase Medical, a recruitment agency based in Sheffield.

Job Description: You will be working within the Marketing team to support the implementation of the overall strategy. The successful apprentice will manage the social media accounts, making sure they are regularly updated with eye catching, relevant posts, as well as undertaking basic SEO tasks. General office administration required when needed.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Creating digital banners for Social Media posts, internal presentations, invitations and such like. (Using and building on existing templates).
• Posting jobs and banners onto social media.
• Creating content, for social media and monitoring social media inboxes.
• Using social media to search for and ‘follow’ relevant people.
• Basic SEO tasks, such as adding details to directories and generating backlinks.
• Sales support; data entry, lead generation.
• General office administration.
• Applying digital marketing training, to add to our marketing strategy via ideas and advice.
• If apt, looking at marketing suppliers and / or competitor analysis.
• Auditing our online communication and advert postings, (posted by the team) to check for the required elements and spotting/correcting any errors.
• Campaign management and job title analysis.
• Video Marketing, using Ordo software (creation of content and encourage staff to use Ordo).
• Identifying attractive marketing opportunities, in line with our brand and presence.
• Identifying advertising mediums, in line with our brand and product.
• Other branding opportunities, such as postal branded products being sent out.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• Work at a good pace.
• Ability to learn, retain information and follow careful instructions.
• High attention to detail, to audit communications.
• Excellent spoken and written skills.
• Good results, in any academic exams taken.
• Strong ability to work with MS office and adapt to various software programs.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
