What does the role involve?
This role includes travel, covering the Thames Valley/Reading area.
In this field based role you will manage a portfolio of invoice finance facilities, generating income and maximising Client retention, whilst effectively managing risk. You will be working as part of a close knit, hard working team with supportive leadership and the opportunity to grow at Novuna!
Some of your key duties will include:
- Manage the facilities for each client within the assigned account portfolio.
- Explore opportunities to grow and diversify the portfolio.
- Liaising with clients, keeping them up to date with any actions taken and issues arising on their accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet both our clients and Hitachi's requirement to create a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Access industry intelligence to remain appraised of products and services being offered by competitors
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes good customer service, has experience of managing a portfolio of clients and is able to analyse data and statistics well. If you have experience within Invoice Finance that's an added bonus!
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior colleagues
- Ability to negotiate with customers whilst maintaining professionalism
- Ability to think operationally and strategically
- Ability to make sound commercial business decisions
