We have fantastic Relief Bank Care and Support Worker opportunities available at our well-established Earlsdon Park Village, based in Coventry. The successful applicant will receive a competitive hourly rate of £10.20 per hour.

Earlsdon Park Village has 322 apartments and offers a whole range of communal social and leisure facilities in the village Centre which is open to residents, their families, and members of the wider local community. Some of which include a village hall, library, bar and bistro, gym, hair, and beauty salons.

What will you do as our Care and Support Worker:

• Provide all aspects of personal care to residents with a person-centred approach.
• Promoting and support the physical, emotional and well-being of residents.
• Encourage independence and self-belief.

Our ideal Care and Support Worker:

• Hold Care Certificate (or willingness to complete this)
• Relevant experience gained in a similar role.
• Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
• Personable with ability to build rapport with residents.
