Front of House (Assistant Manager)

Salary: From £22,000 - (Salary depending on skills & experience)

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Front of House Assistant Manager, to join us at The Orangery Tea House.

As a Front of House Assistant Manager it is your role to lead by example, welcome our customers and provide a warm dining experience, by building a rapport and assisting with the smooth running of the restaurant.

Having a knowledge of Fine Dining and previous experience would be an advantage in this role.

About the job:

• To assist the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the restaurant
• Meeting and greeting our customers
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and compliance with all health & safety regulations within the restaurant area
• Daily stock rotation, presentation and ordering
• Running food & drink
• Dealing with customer queries and requests
• Train new staff members when called upon
• Till operation
• Cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Ability to remain calm and take direction
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence

Please note as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a trial shift.

Salary: £22,147.82-£26,425.95 per year
