Restaurant Bar & Waiting Staff

We have an exciting opportunity for restaurant and bar staff in a new dining venue in the heart of Petersfield town centre.

A former school for privileged girls, dating back to the 16th century, is the home of a newly converted modern British restaurant.

Restaurant six is a 32-seater restaurant, arranged over ground and first floors.

The restaurant has an intimate, relaxed atmosphere, with an emphasis on providing the best customer experience, alongside a high-quality food and drinks offer.

As a member of the front of house team you will be working in both the bar and restaurant areas, serving customers as well as preparing and serving wine and cocktails from the bar. You will be responsible for ensuring the lunchtime and evening service runs smoothly, communicating effectively with the back of house and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for keeping the front of house areas clean and tidy, ensuring a perfect image is upheld, while keeping to hygiene regulations.
