Restaurant General Manager (Sponsorship Available)

The group comprises of a number of highly successful restaurants in the Birmingham area, including the renowned Fiesta Del Asado and Lasan Restaurant's.

We are looking for a guest focused General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation and be responsible for achieving business objectives by delivering a fantastic guest experience.

(Sponsorship Information if required: If your application is successful, the company will provide COS and pay the Immigration Skills Charge. You will need to pay your NHS surcharge and application fee only, £2,500 in total, as per UKVI application process).

Our ideal General Manager will have:

• Proven success in a high volume fresh food operation;
• The desire to lead from the floor and not from the office;
• Great judgement when it comes to recruitment and selection;
• The ability to train and coach to a high level;
• A proven track record of motivating people to succeed;
• High standards at all times;
• Commercial awareness with regards to Gross Profit margins, managing labour cost and stock control;
• A strong ability to maximise sales opportunities;
• Comprehensive knowledge of all departments within the business including: restaurant, bar and kitchen;
• Confidence and be self motivated, with great people skills and the ability to build instant rapport;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: From £42,000.00 per year
