Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Restaurant Manager for our onsite Pizzeria, Mare Luna.

Set within Compton Acres, Mare Luna is an authentic woodfired pizza restaurant. Launched in 2021 it is a chance to be apart of the early stages of a new and exciting restaurant in a unique location.

We are looking for a member of staff with innovation and social media skills to help drive the popularity of the venue as well as excellent people skills.

As part of your role you will help the team to deliver the highest level of service standards, ensure the venue is looking it’s best and above all ensure the customers have the best possible dining experience.

You will be in charge of a small but capable team including put together rotas and ensuring all training is covered to the necessary standard.

• Tuesdays – Saturdays
• 4pm – 11pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
