Restaurant Receptionist / Host / Hostess - Tuesday - Saturday

The Social Company is looking for a full time or part-time Receptionist/Host/Hostess to join our 4 Rosette restaurant, Social Eating House, in Soho.

Position Summary

You will work alongside the Restaurant Management and Front of House teams to ensure all our guests receive exceptional levels of service. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of the restaurant, managing bookings and reservations and handling any special requests.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven working experience as a Host/Hostess for minimum 2 years in High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality.
• Candidates should have outstanding presentation skills in order to represent the restaurant as the first point of contact and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of booking software such as Seven Rooms, Open Table, or similar software.
• Work in an organised and tidy manner.
• Ability to multi-task and to work in fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and intrinsically motivated.
