Restaurant Waiter / Waitress

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort have exciting opportunities for Restaurant Servers to join our team. If you are looking for a new and exciting role, with a strong desire to be a key contributor within a friendly team then look no further!

We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality and can work well within our existing Restaurant team to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and provide our customers with the best experience possible. We have flexible shifts available to cover Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner services. Just let us know when you are available when you apply.

Main Responsibilities:

• To serve guests politely
• To process orders through the till / check system and serve as appropriate.
• To serve beverages as requested,
• To clear tables using trays and resetting and ensure your working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• To always deliver the highest standards of customer service to our customers and ensure service is prompt and according to company procedures

Our expectations of you:

• Smart personal presentation and a polite and friendly manner
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Assistant desirable but not essential
